It was quite hard to do that but at the beginning of the year, I promised myself that no matter what it takes I will do that.
As I am writing this post in November, I made progress that I never made in previous years even though I wanted to get fit, I could NOT.
There are some reasons behind it which was holding me from achieving what I wanted to-
- 1) Not having a plan.
- 2) Expecting unrealistic results.
- 3) I was not taking actions and just thinking about that in my head and that was pretty overwhelming.
- 4) Not believing in myself.
- 5) I had no previous results so I was having a hard time believing that I could also get results.
I think I can write more reasons why I could not achieve my fitness goals in the previous years and the list could get longer but I guess you understand what happens when you try to transform yourself.
It takes time and patience and most importantly the ability to believe in yourself.

There are TONs of information available online that are more confusing and make it hard to decide how to even start your fitness journey in the first place.

- 2) Drink 8+ glasses of water. Set alarms if needed.
- 3) Challenge yourself to eat a certain number of fruits and veggies every day.

How Modifying Your Personal Action Plan Can Impede Personal Fitness Goals
