What is Manifesting?

Let’s start with the basics. Everything starts with a thought. In simple words, manifesting is when you want something, you visualize and take actions to make that happen.

What I think is, when we believe in ourselves, in our work, and put all our efforts to get it done, it eventually happens, no matter how difficult it might seem now.

1- Get rid of negative self-image

Let’s suppose you want a dream job in a particular company you have in mind. But you don’t want to give an interview because you are thinking that you are not good enough for the position and will be rejected for some reason.Â

Now, that is something holding you back in life and may not be true. In most cases we JUST assume things.

If you want to get that job, you first have to believe that you can get that because you have the qualifications that the company wants and you are worthy of it. Once you have done that, the further process will get easier.

Avoid negative self-talk.

If you want to eliminate your negative self-image, I highly recommend that you start positive self-talk like morning affirmation.

In the beginning, it may feel weird and you want to quit, but if you push yourself, it will start feeling better and you’ll be more confident over time, trust me.

You can always create your own affirmations just make sure that you don’t add any words that create unnecessary pressure on you, for example-

I don’t get stressed.Â
I can’t fail, etc.Â

2- Don’t just wish for it to happen, make it happen

Manifestation has its power, but you will surely have to take the right actions at the right time to get the things you want. Don’t just sit back and wait for it to happen, because nothing happens automatically.

You want to make it work by taking certain steps that are important to take. Some people think that you just visualize things you want, and they will come to you without doing anything. Manifestation doesn’t work like that. It’s no magic.Â

So why bother with it, you may ask? Because manifesting helps you make your mind clear so you can focus on a particular thing you want, work on it, and eventually get it. Manifesting is like working on your subconscious mind.

I sometimes sit in one place and observe my thoughts. it helps me see what is going on and why am I feeling this way especially when I’m overwhelmed. I don’t do it daily just once in a while.

3- Know what you want to manifest

What is something you want to manifest? A job, dream home, a car, a healthy relationship? Whatever it is, write it down and make sure to make it realistic. Don’t be like – I want a Ferrari by the end of the year when you already are in debt.

I’m not saying you can’t get one, if you work on it maybe you can get that in the future but that is not the case, at least for now.Â

If you want money, why do you want that? How much do you want? By when? Can you imagine yourself having it? What would you do if you already had that much amount in your bank account? Is there anyone in the world who?s earning that much? How are they doing it? Is there any strategy I can learn from them? What is it? And so on.

4- Have patience

Manifesting will not work in a day or two. It will take weeks or even months. All you have to do is make a proper plan, work consistently and trust the process. The more you are consistent with the work – the better result you can expect.

You will have to face difficulties in the process, and you might even fail at some point but in the end, all these things will be worth it.

If you fail, do not just get upset over it and give up but instead work on it and don’t make the mistakes you did last time, and have some patience, because everything happens when it’s meant to be.
