1. Clear your thoughts
The very first step to shifting your reality is to clear your thoughts. If there are countless thoughts going on in your mind, you will start feeling restless.
Clearing your thoughts will help you follow the other process easily.
2. Plan your dream life.
Once you clear your thoughts, this is a time to plan your dream life. To be honest, deep inside, we all know what kind of life we want.
So, don’t just let it be in your head and write it down and plan the life you want for yourself.
One GREAT way to get started is to create a vision board.
3. Write why you want them
Once you write everything (you can use something like this) that you want in your life.
Now is the time to ask yourself why you want them.
If it is something that is not aligning with your future goals and your personality, definitely that’s not for you.
You will have to have a reason as to why you want it in your life, and that reason will motivate you to achieve that.
4. Release that pressure
Most of the time, the actions we take are not because we want to do that but because we are afraid of being judged by our parents, friends, peers, and society.
At some point, you start feeling like everyone is against you.
It seems so difficult to keep up with all that, especially when you are just starting out and not seeing immediate results.

I believe that shifting reality gets a lot easier when you know and believe that it is a possible thing to do. Ups and downs are normal. But if you know what you want and can put your efforts into achieving that goal, the chances are you will.
