The main purpose of journaling is to declutter your mind and organize your thoughts in a way that helps you live a fulfilling and peaceful life.
However, I don’t practice it daily and only do it a couple of times a week, either in the morning or before going to bed at night. There are absolutely no rules in journaling, and you can practice it anytime you want. You can write a few lines or a few pages. It’s totally up to you.
