Night Journal Prompts can be beneficial for everyone. If there is one thing that helps me ease my worries and daily stressful thoughts, it has to be journaling, especially when we are talking about night journaling, it helps you calm your mind so you can sleep peacefully.
Isn’t that all we want after a long hectic day? That is what this post is all about. Here are my night journal prompts, 30 questions that I ask myself at night before I go to bed.
Well, not all of them but I like to provide options so you won’t feel that you have nothing to write about.

13) What habits do I want to change or improve? (for example: waking up early or spending less time on socials).

Morning and Night Journal Prompts: What Gives You the Better Results?
Many people want to include journaling as part of their morning routine and that is great but there is no rule but it depends on you and only you.
Practicing journaling in the morning has incredible benefits but so practicing it at night when you sit down to write down your thoughts after a whole day so you can free up your mind’s space and have a good sleep.
So, don’t worry about the time too much and do it your way. You can’t go wrong either way.
