If you think you are manifesting your fears instead of happiness and abundance, then this is the right time to check in with yourself.

Nobody wants to manifest fears and negativity in their lives, but there are a few things (that we talk about in a moment) we do unconsciously that cause more negativity and we manifest fear than abundance.

Let’s see why you may be attracting your fears first and then we’ll talk about how to stop manifesting your fears.

How Does Fear Manifest Itself?
When we face something that reminds us of those scary past experiences, It reminds us of all the things that did not go right and if you keep thinking about them over and over again without questioning them and do what you did then fear manifests itself and will prevent you to take the RIGHT actions.
Reasons behind manifesting your fears.
Here are a few reasons that you could be manifesting your fears without even realizing them.
1) You are relying on external validation.
The reason you are manifesting your fears could be that you are relying too much on external validation.
As humans, we want to get heard, seen, and get validation from the people we love and care about, especially when we want to do something outside the box.
You expect that support system to back and help you in your journey.
And if we can’t get that validation, we start to feel low, frustrated, and angry and ultimately start questioning our own worth, and it causes fear of being left alone and getting rejected by those people.
And it becomes a kind of loop of negative thoughts and emotions.
And the more we think about it, the more we attract it.
2) You are focusing too much on the outcome.
Are you someone who thinks more about the outcome than you take action in the present moment or maybe you live in the past and the experience you had in the past makes you question your worth?
When we live in the past and try to connect it with the future in our head, it gets harder to live in the present moment.
And the more you think about the future and try to connect it with the past, the more fear there will be because again future is unknown and you’re scared.
The past is gone and we can’t change it. Neither can we control the future, the only thing we have in our control is the present moment.
It’s great to plan your future but keep thinking about it in your head will distract you from living in the present moment.
You can take action today and create the future you desire for yourself.
3) You haven’t decided what kind of life you want for yourself.
Do you know what your life would be like 5 or 10 years from now?
If yes then the actions you will take today will be far more meaningful and deep inside you will know that you are in the process of creating something beautiful for your future self.
Rather than just going with the flow and not knowing in which direction you are heading to.

How To Stop Manifesting Your Fears.
1) Question your fears.
Yes, the very first step to stop manifesting your fears is to question them.
What is something that you are afraid of? Make a list of it and write down your fears. Do you usually think about getting rejected by other people, being left alone, being judged, or is it something else?
Have you heard the phrase: Whenever your mind focuses on, expands? It sits perfectly in this situation. If you think about the negative, you will attract the negative.
It’s also important to know where these fears are coming from.
Are these fears based on reality or you are assuming the worst-case scenario in your head that could be based on your past experience or you heard about someone else’s similar story that they shared with you?

2) Stop taking everything personally.
You don’t have to see yourself as other people see you.
When other people start questioning your worth, you don’t have to question your worth and go into overthinking zone and asking if you actually deserve it.
Well, what other people have to say, in most cases, is not actually about you.
They reflect what they are from deep within and that’s why it’s vital not to take everything personally because whatever they are saying is based on their past experiences and beliefs (we all have our own points of view and beliefs).
But sometimes those opinions start bothering us and we tend to go into overthinking zone, so in such situations, you can ask yourself, is whatever they are saying a fact or not?
And as long as it’s not a fact, it’s just their point of view that is not based on reality.
3) Stay aware of your thoughts.
We manifest things in our life that we consistently hear and say so, in order to stop manifesting your fears staying aware of your thoughts is key.
Since I understand that staying aware of your thoughts all the time is easier said than done. I found that journaling is an actionable step you can take to see what is going on in your head and shift your mindset.

4) Learn from the people who knows what they are doing
When it comes to manifesting abundance and the life of your desire, there couldn’t be a better option than learning from the people who knows how to do it and who are already in a position where you are seeing yourself in 5 or 10 years from now.
Understanding their thought process is key.
Reading and learning about the obstacles they have overcome in their own journey gives us hope that it can be done.
