First and most important thing that leads to our perspective, behavior and actions- thoughts and simplifying them will make your life much more simple in your everyday life.
As most of us always work on outside things and forget that our mind and thoughts need some attention too.
You want to know what is going on there so you can have some clarity and mental space.

2) Simplify Your Personal Belongings
We have stuff more than we need (or what we can manage to be precise). To simplify your life, start by being intentional with the things you own. Before buying something new, ask yourself if it will truly serve a purpose or bring lasting value. If it does, then its worth having. If not, think carefully about why you want it in the first place.
For the belongings you already have, begin decluttering. Remove anything that no longer adds value to your life. By keeping only what is meaningful and useful, youll create a more peaceful and organized environment, making life feel lighter and less complicated.
3) Simplify Your Desk
This is more important if you work from home and spend a good chunk of time on your desk.
A cluttered desk can lead to a cluttered mind. To simplify your life, start with your workspace. Clear away anything that isnt essential to your daily tasks.

4) Simplify Your Mobile Apps/Calendars and Social Media Time
Technology has become a part of our daily lives and I wont say these are bad things. They saves time and makes us more productive if used correctly.
A lot of us download many mobile apps but end up never using them, start by reducing the number of apps on your phone. Keep the ones that are essential, it will simplify your device.
Similarly, streamline your calendar. Avoid overloading it with tasks and commitments. Focus on the most important appointments and events, and leave room for breaks and downtime.
You will easily find people criticizing social media way too much but I also believe that there is so much positivity, entertainment and connections that you get on social media too (given that you are following the right people).
So its more important to check who you are following and how they are adding value in your life.
5) Emails
If you receive way too many (sometimes irrelevant) marketing emails every single day. I always suggest to delete/unsubscribe from those you dont need anymore especially if you have a habit to check your emails multiple times a day.
Its such a waste of time to get emails you dont want, they are just sitting there and not helping you out in any way. By getting rid of them you make space for those you actually want, trust and engage with. Remember quality matters.
PS- If you are mass unsubscribing and using any tool, I would stay update on how they collect your date as I don’t find them to be very secure. Just something I want you to keep in mind.
6) Desktop Folders
This one is very important to me. To simplify your life, start by organizing your desktop folders. Create clear, easy-to-understand categories for your files, and group related items together. Delete old, unnecessary files that are just taking up space.
Limit the number of folders on your desktop to the essentials. The goal is to keep your digital workspace clean and organized, so you can quickly find what you need without getting overwhelmed. 7) Daily Routine
Are you happy with your current routine or do you feel that it is all over the place? If you wonder how your day goes by everyday and you dont get much time for anything and you are just repeating the same sleep, wake up eat, work cycle, it is the time to get your routine in order.
We feel that completing more tasks is what makes a day more satisfying and successful at the end of the day but I have slowly come to realize that it is even more important to focus on quality of work and time.

Relationships are a very crucial part of our lives. That relation could be with your parents or partner at home, it could be your relationship at work with your boss and colleagues or it could also be with your own self.
Maybe you have a great relationship with your partner at home but in the office not so much, so recognizing where you need to simplify your relationship is something you could try as at the end of the day, any of those could make you stress out and cause chaos in other areas of your life.
When it comes to simplifying your relationship to yourself, you have more control over it than the other two, start with being a bit more kind to yourself. Its important to be aware of it as we say mean things about ourselves more frequently than we realize.

You can simplify your daily task by using a daily planner, it lets you simplify your everyday task so you can focus on things that need to be done. Instead of keeping everything in your mind, write it down in your planner and see the clarity it brings in your life.

I know for most of us it is challenging. It took me MANY trials and eros before I was able to make food choices that helped me simplify my life. But still now I am not 100% perfect at it. I eat things that make me regret later but at the end of day I remind myself to get back on track. And I also believe that as long as you are doing things in moderation (that goes with food choices too) you should be good.
