Do you finally want to get serious about your goals and want to create a 2025 vision board for it? I personally created vision boards as they are not only visually appealing but it is also a very powerful tool that helps you visualize your dreams and reminds you about your goal every time you look at it.
According to a study done by University of Scranton shows that only about 8% of people achieve their new year goals they set for themselves and so you can become one of them this year, its important that you make a full proof plan that works so you can follow and ultimately achieve what you have been procrastinating for the longest time.
Sometimes what happens is we set a goal and after a couple of days either we forget about them or even if we remember the goals, we dont feel motivated enough to go after them and take action.
If you have a vision board in front of you, youll get a constant reminder that THIS is what is important and you must take action in the present moment to get what you want to achieve in the long run.
Creating a physical vision board-
- 1) The first benefit of creating a physical vision is that when you create it yourself it feels more real and so your mind starts to get into that zone.
- 2) When you place it somewhere where you can see it 2-3 times a day, it reminds you of your goals so you can take action.
- 3) You dont need to depend on your electronics to have access to it.
Creating a digital vision board-
- 1) It is portable.
- 2) It is highly customizable. You can make it as you want.
- 3) It is also budget friendly if youre using software like Canva.
- 4) You can also have someone make it for you if you cant make it yourself.
- 5) It is safe and private. (if you want to keep it private, then creating a digital vision board might be the right option for you).
Here Are Some 2025 Vision Board Examples For Adults You Might Want To Create
Before deciding which one (or more) boards you want to create, I recommend that you do a life audit so you can understand which area of your life needs improvement so then you can create a vision board and set goals accordingly.
1) Career Centric Vision Board
Whether you want to upskill your already established career, pursue a new career path or start your own business, you can create a vision board for it.
So for example if you want to start your own business you may want to add inspiring quotes related to business and images that are inspiring as there will be ups and downs so you can take a look back at it and remember why you started in the first place and how you will feel once everything is accomplished.
And for a job, if you have a dream to have a job in a particular company, you can add images related to that (add a logo of that company, etc.) and so on. It will help you gain a clear understanding of your priorities.
PS- There is so much negativity floating around us and if you are well planned and prepared, you can easily ignore all those limiting beliefs and minds that tell you this dream is too big to accomplish.
2) Fitness Vision Board
Getting fit is one of the most popular new year resolutions but as we discussed earlier people ditch their goals as they dont have a proper plan in place.

Its important to understand before creating a vision board that if youre adding pictures of someone you admire and that person has a great physique might have a different body type and structure than you so expecting a SAME result will put a pressure on you.
If its just for inspiration you can surely add those pictures.
Here are some examples what you can add in your fitness vision board-
- 1) Picture of someone that inspire you to get in shape.
- 2) Your goal weight (but remember its not everything).
- 3) Inspiring fitness quotes.
- 4) Affirmations (create your own).
- 5) Add your before and after pictures.
- 6) You can participate in a fitness event and so you can add info related to that.
- 7) Balance and self care (things like mindfulness and meditation).
3) Finance Vision Board
Before creating a vision board to attract money and better financial life in the long run, I recommend you to do an audit where youll find your current relationship with money.

4) Travel Vision Board
This is my favorite type of vision board in the list and if you love to travel, I am sure yours too.
To create your travel vision board, reflect on your goals and visualize your dream destinations and add images to those destinations you want to visit at least once in your life.
Travel vision board can be super creative as you can add destination images, food from different cultures that you want to try when you reach there, sightseeing and so on.
5) Spiritual Vision Board
To create a spiritual vision board you want to know how you want to start your spiritual journal and what to focus on. For example- personal growth, mindfulness, love, compassion, etc. and then start from there.
6) Relationship & Family Vision Board
You can also create a vision board for your relations to make stronger bonds.
7) All In One Vision Board
You can also create a miscellaneous vision board where you can set goals from each category and arrange that. It is a good option if you think your whole life needs improvement and there is something that can be improved from each area I have mentioned above or anything you already have in mind.
