HERE YOU GO-
1. Stay Hydrated
Glow up challenge would be incomplete without mentioning this vital step. A lot of us are so busy throughout the day that we forget about drinking water and don’t feel the need but it’s important to keep yourself hydrated. You could also consider creating an alarm to remind yourself. I would also recommmend that you Invest in a quality and plastic-free water bottle that is free from toxins.
2. Use Light Weight Moisturizer
People with oily skin think they dont need moisturizer, but in reality, they do. We all need moisturizer. Every skin type needs moisturizer. My skin type changes throughout the year depending on the season. If you are anything like me, your winter moisturizer might not work in summer. Choose something according to your skin type.
3. Exfoliate
In summer, our skin can get dull and rough because of sweat, sunscreen, and other stuff. Exfoliating helps get rid of all that, revealing smoother, fresher skin underneath. So, it’s like giving your skin a fresh start which is super important for that summer glow!
4. Use Sun Protection
When you are excited to spend more and more time outside, it’s a good idea to not forget about sun protection. UV rays can do more than just give you a temporary burnthey can also cause long-term damage to your skin, like premature aging (think wrinkles and sunspots). Using SPF regularly helps lower your chances of experiencing these issues.

If you are not already involved in daily exercise, it is time to do yourself a favor and start doing it.
